#2393-Show product name instead of productID in livechat

Please If only this could show the product name (which is more useful) instead of the ID, The reason for this is because we help a lot of this business manage their account/dashboard but give them access to the Live chat inbox so viewing the orders now means they need to go to their dashboards/catalogue page and this is quite technical.
