#2385-Request to Add Bot Filter for Shared Inbox

Hi Team,

Please add a filter to select bots for chats in the Shared Inbox, so users can easily find bot-specific chats. For example, users should be able to filter by WhatsApp channel, Facebook channel, etc. They should also be able to filter by a specific WhatsApp bot, so they don’t have to rely on Live Chat to switch numbers just to check particular chats for a particular bot. This will significantly enhance the user experience in the Shared Inbox.

Please consider it on high priority.
