#2299-system Default Templates White-Label Accounts

Hi Team,

I’d like to request a new feature for white-label resellers like me.

I want the ability to automatically add ready-made templates and automation flows (especially WhatsApp templates) inside my clients’ accounts when they sign up — so they can start using them right away instead of building everything from scratch.

To clarify, these templates and flows should be specific to my white-label account only, not shared globally. The reason is that I understand my customers’ needs better and want to provide them with custom templates and flows that fit their language, culture, and business use cases.

The templates currently available in the system are only in English, which isn’t suitable for my audience. Most of my clients need localized templates (for example, Arabic) that match their communication style and market.

For example, when a new client registers on my white-label platform, I want them to instantly see pre-built templates such as:

These would appear in their dashboard immediately after signup — making onboarding smoother and helping clients experience real value faster.

I believe this feature would significantly improve the white-label experience and help resellers like me deliver a more personalized and efficient solution to our users.
