While using our BS Inbox Live Chat , we are currently unable to upload or send multiple images at once in a conversation.
Urgent Requirement:
We need the ability to bulk upload and send multiple images at a time via the "Send Attachment" window — this feature is crucial for our workflow and client communications.

also provide an API to send media msg in 24hour window and button messages.

Image attachments in BS Shared Inbox Live Chat are currently supported via drag-and-drop, with a maximum of 10 images per send.

Thanks for answering we already know this but you cant drag and drop in mobile right? so it need to make system for direct bulk upload system . If you can make drag and drop bulk system you can also make direct upload sysyem its a easy task i Think every user need this feature :)
