currently you have given a option to setup a followup reminder for ourself , which is really good and useful , but some cases we need to schedule messages to one particular user , we can't setup a broadcasting for that user right , in live chat give option to choose a template , date , time and setup , so on that particular time the message will send automatically whether we are in live chat page or not
