#2067-Request for AI Activation/Deactivation Key in BS

I would like to request a key to enable and disable BS's native artificial intelligence. I recently purchased a BotSailor token, but the integrated AI has been providing incorrect responses to customers, even after the training process. Furthermore, responses with incorrect links have been identified, compromising the user experience.


Therefore, I would like to use OpenAI's AI, which I haven't previously encountered these issues with. I also want to point out that the current solution's token consumption is high relative to the number of responses delivered.

Our system use Open AI API and it should provide correct response if the prompt is given properly. You can adjust prompt to get correct response. As the system use Open AI API.

i am using open api ai but system sending wrong response even after proper training and maybe this happening because intent detection not working properly i already reported

Intent detection is working properly, Intent detection also work with Open AI.
