Hi, in somecases we need to share a simple tips ( screen recording ) to customer , some of the tutorials are just a basic thing which is below 6 seconds ( or we can cut and make as 6 sec ) , so if we provide as gif file it will be easy for users to view and act accordingly , so kindly provide a gif sending option in chatbot ( in cloud api , meta is allowing us to send gif files through video message endpoint ) , kindly allow to send gif file as well
