
#1992-Team member Monitoring feature needed (Uegent)

For each team member, we need to see:
Their average reply time (in minutes and seconds).
How many messages they replied to out of the total they received.
How many replies they’ve sent this month.
It should also be possible to filter these figures by date.
It's a good suggestion to implement. We hope the team can take it into account for a future update.

This is very necessary, my clients have been requesting it for over a year, honestly. I really needed this metric, I believe it is not difficult to implement at least the amount of daily service for each agent.
