It would be very helpful to support “negative examples” when configuring intents. Right now, the model treats phrases like “still hasn’t arrived” as equivalent to “Where is my order?”, causing false positives. By allowing us to mark certain phrases (e.g., “still hasn’t arrived,” “thank you,” “hello”) as negative examples, we could prevent irrelevant triggers while keeping the flexibility of AI-driven matching.
