This is not a first time , I had told personally , Publicly many times , but you guys are not considering your platform as a serious one


just playing on live server , this week itself 5 times the website goes offline, but casually you guys saying its usual , its not usual, it is saying how much serious you are about your Business, Already you have killed Chatpion once you guys introduced Botsailor , Now this type of behaviour notifying us that you guys are never thinking about future and want to do a professional business


the menu manager for admin panel is showing correctly , but for our user panel is still showing your design, not our menu design


this type of behaviour will provoke us to quit Botsailor

But why you're playing with live server?

why you're not taking seriously ?

why old functionality getting disturbed frequently?

i request you to check bug thread how many bugs we're reporting daily means you are doing constant changes on live server without prior testing on staging server.

I am telling you from last 1+ year do testing all features first on staging server then only put on live server it's professional process.

Hope you understand our situation if you follow then we both will grow together by focusing on new sell instead of providing support and fixing bug.

We understand but adding new feature always affects the old one. That the problem please make sure you test before pushing something to server

None of the bots in my clients account are working. My client created 2-3 very long bots and all the bots stopped working.


I deleted all the bots and creating a simple one step Hi based bot, that is also not working.


This shows how unstable bot logic is. This is causing hurdle scaling as I am taking over customers from platforms like WATI and AiSensy but this kind of issues case trouble and client loose faith.


I have already lost 3-4 clients due to the instability of the platform.


Now, I am continuing to onboard customers who have multiple accounts, 10-15 accounts per customer. If this keeps happening, the customer will lose trust.
