Make Shared inbox fonts like Old Livechat

Hello team, now i see you're adding features in Shared inbox so very soon Old live chat you will discontinue. So i request you to make shared inbox UI properly as old live chat like Fonts, color, right side pane sticky and everything looks preety good as old livechat so please work on this. thanks

Yes, the WhatsApp Live Chat UI is good with 3 columns ( we can easily view the labels, sequence and custom field values what added , bot reply is enabled or not and all ) but shared inbox it is unnecessory step we need to click another one icon to view, also the UI of Shared Inbox is not giving the good feel of using whatsapp live chat, kindly bring the shared inbox similar to the panel , it is looking that seperate software not compatible with the software UI , while i ask to my exisiting customers about which is best suits , morethen 80% are saying whatsapp livechat is good and easy...
