#1732-Request to Add Option to Disable Legacy Chat in the Platform

Hello team, We would like to request the addition of an option in the plans and packages to disable the legacy chat. Having two redundant chat interfaces, along with icons in different colors, compromises the platform’s professional appearance, making it look visually inconsistent and unpolished. We believe that offering this configuration will provide a clearer and more cohesive user experience. Thank you in advance for your attention.
