Add Chat Filters by Date and Assigned Agent in WhatsApp Live Chat Panel

Dear BotSailor Team,

Thank you for your continued efforts in improving the WhatsApp Live Chat experience.

I would like to suggest adding two important filters directly within the WhatsApp Live Chat panel:

Filter by Assigned Agent – This feature is currently available under the Shared Inbox, but having it directly in the WhatsApp Live Chat panel (either in the header or as a filter option) would greatly improve workflow and accessibility for agents.

Filter by Date – Adding a date-based filter would help users quickly locate chats from specific days or time periods, making it easier to track conversations, manage follow-ups, and analyze support activity.

These enhancements would significantly improve usability and chat management for teams.

We bring filter by assigned agent for Omnichannel shared inbox. And we will not continue single WhatsApp channel live chat in future. We strongly recommend you and ask to recommend your users to switch new OmniChannel shared inbox which is more powerful, fast and advanced.

And about the other filter option with Date - we will do it in future update.
