#1549-Give option to connect list messages responses to single message

I have a total of 7 questions to ask to incoming lead each question has a list of options. I want when a user to reply using the list options then i can point to the next question. Problem 1 : Now i have to create a same question for each list option response. it is very time consuming and irritating and hard to manage.
