How you are billed

Each billing cycle, we average your daily active users and subscribers, then apply the rates below.

Per active user$2.25

An active user is any active Member account under your white-label store. Billing is based on the average daily active user count for the billing cycle. Expired users, free/trial users, and team members do not count.

Free/trial users are limited to have a maximum of 100 subscribers.

Per subscriber$0.0004

We count subscribers on your bots and your users’ bots each day. Your bill uses the average of those daily counts for the billing cycle.

The first 500K subscribers are free; only subscribers above that free tier are billed.

Minimum billable users20

This is the minimum user count you’ll be billed for. If your average active users is lower, this minimum applies.

Billing cycleMonth

Each cycle runs from your enrollment anniversary date, not by calendar month.
