Hi, Is there anything in the pipeline to be able to reply or comment to an existing message that's in the chat?

Yes, That's a good feature and we have already have a plan for it to implement reply message option in our live chat.

We have assigned our developer team to implement it. We are working on to implement reply a specific message from Live Chat and also display the exact reply of subscribers inside Live Chat also soon.

Our team is actively working on reply specific message to WhatsApp and also display properly in Live Chat for specific message reply. We are expecting to release it very soon.

Dear Team,

Thanks for the feature.

1. Increase the size of Reply Icon.
2. When we submitted Catlogue order form, then could not reply to that submitted form from Live Chat.
3. Also, need to check reply for all aspects in live chat.
