Hello, consider this situation
1) I ask user to type *S* to talk to staff
2) he types S, it works fine, bot to talk to staff is triggered
3) but in another situation, another user wants to give me his address, lets suppose its Avenue ABC, number 123 room S
this will also triggerthe bot, and should NOT.
Exact Keyword Match should work only for the cases in which THE FULL MESSAGE is a single letter.
Other plataforms work like this.
