I would like to request clarification and feature support for the following points:
1. *GIF Support in Chatbot*
Is it possible to send GIF files through chatbot flows or broadcast messages? If yes, please share the supported method and limitations.
2. *Edit/Delete Sent Messages*
Is there any option to edit or delete a message after it has already been sent to a client? If this feature is not available, please consider it as a feature request.
3. *Display API-Sent Messages in Live Chat*
One of our clients wants messages sent through APIs to appear inside Live Chat. We understand that the primary purpose of Live Chat is to prioritize incoming messages from new leads so agents can quickly follow up and convert them. However, it would be helpful to have an option (or a separate report section) where users can view the complete history and status of messages sent through APIs, including whether they were successfully delivered or failed.
Please let us know the current availability of these features and whether any of them are already on the roadmap.
