As a reseller, I would like to request an essential feature upgrade to improve how we integrate BotSailor with advanced external AI setups (like n8n).
Here are the two connected requirements:
1. API to Pause Botreply
We need an API endpoint or parameter to temporarily pause bot replies. While paused, no botreply flows (buttons, keywords, etc.) or standard messages should be triggered or fired via the API.
2. Include Last Subscriber Message in HTTPS Calls
For WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and Web Chatbots, please add the ability to include the "last message received from the subscriber" inside the HTTPS execution call.
Why this is needed (Use Case):
Currently, when building custom AI training or support workflows via API, we cannot grab the subscriber's real-time conversation context directly within the HTTPS action. Using the standard webhook output is a workaround, but it creates a major issue: we cannot automatically pause native bot replies during that external process, causing overlapping messages and conflicts.
Adding these options will make BotSailor incredibly flexible and powerful for custom AI integrations.
