We would like to request a Wallet-Based Billing System for end customer accounts instead of showing platform message credits.
Currently, explaining the difference between platform message credits and Meta conversation/marketing charges to customers is very confusing. This often creates misunderstandings during onboarding and billing discussions.
Proposed Solution:
1. Platform Message Credits at Reseller Level
- Platform message credits should be deducted only from the reseller/master account.
- End customers should not see platform message credits.
2. Wallet System for End Customers
- Enable a wallet balance module for customer accounts.
- Resellers should be able to define their own Meta pricing/margins (marketing, utility, authentication conversations, etc.).
- Customers can recharge their wallet balance.
3. Automatic Wallet Deduction
- Whenever a customer sends WhatsApp broadcasts or conversations occur, the wallet balance should be automatically deducted based on the reseller-defined pricing.
4. Wallet Analytics & Reporting
- Wallet recharge history
- Usage history
- Deduction breakdown
- Low balance alerts
- Downloadable billing reports
Benefits:
- Eliminates confusion between platform credits vs Meta pricing
- Easier for resellers to explain pricing to customers
- Better transparency for clients
- Simplifies billing and monetization for white-label partners
This feature would significantly improve the reseller and white-label experience on the platform.
