Can you please add a “View Only” permission in user roles? I want to be able to give my client or team member access to review and read chat conversations, but without any ability to reply, send messages, edit, or interact with the chat in any way.
To clarify, I need the user to have read-only access only. They should be able to open the conversation and view all messages, but not perform any actions inside the chat such as responding, typing, or modifying anything.
This feature is important for my workflow because it allows me to safely share conversations for review, monitoring, reporting, or quality control purposes while keeping the communication fully controlled and unchanged.
It would also help maintain security and consistency in team and client communication.
