Our case:

We had a reseller subscription active and working fine, util someday the payment method fail to process and all our clients using botsailor daily, dont receive incoming messages to shared inbox. This impact our client lose business opportunities and our of track existing customer conversations. After we add a new payment method, all working fine.


Request:

Add a Grace Period after reseller subscription inactive or payment failure, within a reasonable period, for example 10-15 days. During this period, allow incoming message to shared inbox, but restrict user sending or reply to conversations, If no payment received after the grace period, cancel the subscription which is current implementation.


As botsailor providing SaaS product, please make changes to the platform less friction which helps our business as a reseller that handle a lot customer query and complain about botsailor behind the scene.
