Is there an option to disable the customer’s ability to chat when their subscription expires, and then automatically re-enable it after payment—without losing any previous messages, including those sent during the period when the service was inactive?

We sincerely apologize, but this is not feasible. Each message triggers webhook calls, and without an active subscription, we are unable to keep this service enabled.

can you do it on another way like to disable the chat only
so on this way the system will start receive the message but the client cant see it until he pay
