#2581-Enable Automated Receipt for Catalogue Purchases

First off, great work on the platform especially the catalogue and automation capabilities. It’s been really useful for managing customer interactions and orders.
I’d like to suggest a feature that would significantly improve the commerce experience on Botsailor:
Request:
Allow vendors to automatically send a purchase receipt to customers after they place an order through the catalogue.
Why this matters:
Currently, when a customer places an order via the catalogue, there’s no built-in way to generate and send a structured receipt. This creates a gap in the transaction flow, especially for businesses that want to maintain professionalism and clear records.
Proposed functionality:
Automatically generate a receipt after a successful order
Include key details such as:
- Order summary (items, quantities, prices)
- Total amount
- Payment method/status
- Order ID
- Business name and contact info
- Send the receipt via WhatsApp
This feature would bring Botsailor closer to a complete conversational commerce solution, Thank you for your continuous efforts in improving the platform and for the ongoing development work. Your responsiveness and dedication are highly appreciated.
