We are currently using the Get Subscriber API, but the response includes only limited fields (subscriber_id, chat_id, name, email, etc.).
For better usage and complete data visibility, we require additional fields such as:
1) Assigned Agent
2) Subscription/Created Date
3) Reply type (Agent/Bot)
Kindly let us know:
If these fields can be added to the API response
Or if there is any alternative API to fetch these details
