we have few customer request our whatsapp flow to upload image and file inside the whatsapp flow. As now in the market whatsapp flow already can have many data can collect.

We are running Meta Click-to-WhatsApp ads and using BotSailor webhooks to push WhatsApp lead data into our CRM.

Currently, the webhook does not provide Click-to-WhatsApp attribution details such as:

- ad_id

- adset_id

- campaign_id

- campaign_name

- ad_name

- adset_name

- source (Meta Click-to-WhatsApp)

- utm parameters (utm_source, utm_campaign, utm_ad, etc.)

- WhatsApp click ID / referral data (if available)

Because of this, we are unable to:

- Track which Meta ad generated the WhatsApp conversation

- Attribute conversions correctly

- Optimize ads based on actual WhatsApp performance

- Sync accurate data with our CRM and analytics tools

Request:

Please add Click-to-WhatsApp ad attribution fields in BotSailor webhook payload, similar to how website pixel or conversion API data works.

This feature will be extremely helpful for businesses running high-scale WhatsApp ads and doing performance marketing.

this will be very helpful currently even directly users coming from ads we cant track in live chat as well
