from Meta, if the whatsapp message is initiated by Meta Ads means they are providing the Ad Details like "source_url, source_id, source_type , body, media_type , video_url , thumbnail_url , welcome_message text" like this information,

in our live chat kindly showcase this as a Notes option with the thumbnail image with body message , so we can know from which ad they came

it would be good upgrade for live chat

Thanks Kamrul Hasan for the update we’ve been waiting for this for a long time. However there is an issue the thumbnail is not showing—only the message text is visible for us.

Please check and fix this so we can see which thumbnail the user came from.
