#2425-eCommerce Orders Assign Sequence

Currently if the eCommerce product order placed means possible to add the label automatically, but its not possible to send a automated message ( dedicated message for every product ) , so sequence message or bot reply configuration option needed

for example :

selling ebook through whatsapp , once the ebook is bought want to deliver the ebook pdf automatically, for that we can create in bot reply ( sequence or something like that )

Hi, We are looking for this Feauture , for every product we need to send different different message , if posible to assign the trigger whenver a person bought the product we can easily send through sequence , already label is there kindly provide this feature

BotSailor’s webhook workflow already includes a sequence assignment system. However, this sequence cannot be configured based on individual products; the same sequence applies to all products. At this time, there is no option to send a product-specific sequence message.

Currently, each product has an option to assign a label, and once the product is purchased, that label is automatically assigned to the customer.

If we could add a sequence assignment option (similar to labels), it would be extremely useful.

Example

I am selling eBooks (PDF format) and have 100+ eBooks.

For each eBook:

I can create a bot reply sequence that includes:The PDF download linkBook details or instructionsThis sequence should be sent automatically after successful payment

All these eBooks are created as WhatsApp Catalog products, and each product is mapped to its own bot reply sequence.

As you mentioned, setting up a separate webhook for every eBook and applying conditions based on product name is:

Very time-consumingRisky (product name mismatch issues)Not scalable when managing 100+ products

Instead of product-name–based webhook conditions, it would be much better to:

Assign a bot reply sequence directly to a product, similar to how labels are assignedAutomatically trigger that sequence when the specific product is purchased
