Meta has introduced to shifting from Cloud API to Marketing Messages API for the marketing templates only.


This feature enables to extent greater delivery rates for the marketing messages.


Customer are onboarded via embedded signup, so it's different embedded signup in which customer is sent request and the customer accepts the request in their business portfolio. URL is attached below for the reference, its a game changing for Botsailor to gain more customer.

What is the issue preventing the Botsailer team from implementing this API? It may be a simple task for your team, but it seems this matter is not being taken seriously.


Day by day, the delivery ratio for customers is getting worse. They are not able to broadcast marketing messages effectively, and this is extremely important. Switching to the MM Lite API is necessary to improve the delivery ratio. Our competitors have already implemented it, as it is essential for performance and reliability.


Due to failures in broadcasting, many clients are leaving our platform. This thread was posted more than two months ago, yet there has been no proper response for a long time. Because of this issue, many customers are demanding refunds.

We request you to please treat this matter with urgency and provide a clear update on the implementation timeline.

We are also facing serious issues due to the delay in implementing the Marketing Messages Lite API. In our case we actively run marketing broadcasts for existing opted in customers who have already interacted with the business. Despite this, we are experiencing:

• Frequent delivery failures during campaigns

• Reduced engagement on broadcasts

• Meta warnings related to marketing message quality and delivery


This is directly impacting campaign performance. Even when sending to warm audiences who previously communicated with us, message delivery is inconsistent. This should not happen at this scale.


Meta has clearly introduced the Marketing Messages API to improve marketing delivery reliability and performance. According to Meta’s official documentation, the Marketing Messages API is designed specifically for marketing use cases and provides improved delivery optimization compared to the standard Cloud API for marketing templates.


If competitors have already implemented MM Lite and are seeing better delivery ratios, then delaying this migration puts us at a disadvantage.


BS team we strongly request a clear implementation timeline. Every weeks of delay is resulting in performance loss and potential churn.
