We didn't know exactly what is the custom field parameter name to pass on "Subscriber Assign Custom Fields" , so kindly please provide a API endpoint to fetch what all are the available Custom Fields and its Type

That's a good idea. Currently it is only possible by programming a so-called HTTPS with the fields... But this consumes unnecessary resources. Waiting for this update.
