#1940-Carousel Media Support in Chatbot Builder

Currently, there's no carousel message option in Chatbot Builder - only WhatsApp templates for media carousels. The Interactive and E-commerce sections lack carousel functionality, with E-commerce only offering product options. We need to add carousel media feature to match other providers who already offer this functionality in their chatbots.
