Hello recently i saw that if i turn off the live chat, limit live chat and turn on comment automation still live chat new massage credit consume from my account

I mean I want to turn off getting massage and turn on only comment automation

need this type of system if I turn off live chat feature don't consume live chat credit I mean didn't receive any massage from facebook page

If you don't want to receive messages from Facebook page, then you just need to disable messages webhook in your Facebook app.

The token deduction is not related to whether Live Chat is enabled or disabled. In Facebook comment automation, tokens are deducted whenever a comment receives a reply—regardless of the Live Chat status.

Each automated reply sent through comment automation will consume message credits.
