#1820-Global Webhook for Webchat

Just like WhatsApp provides a global webhook for webchat incoming messages, Also: 1) We want to receive a webhook notification whenever someone visits the website (even if they haven’t sent a message yet). 2) We’d like the ability to proactively send a message to the visitor, similar to how it works in platforms like Tawk.to (even if they haven’t sent a message yet) Please consider implementing this functionality.
