Hi, Currently Label , sequence, team member like that filter options provided in live chat , kindly provide option to filter and see to whom and all Bot Reply Paused , so it will help us to enable manually to them right

Hello. Also consider separating the bot pause and AI assistant pause. Sometimes, and almost always, it's necessary to pause AI responses, but bots with buttons, flows, and the like should continue to function as needed.

Yes required feature. also in bot flow we need to stop AI and Human if possible
