#2245-Send Incoming Message to Webhook URL Modification

Hi,

Right now Send Incoming Message to Webhook URL is sending all messages to webhook which is fine but when we pause the chatbot manually for a live chat then it should also stop sending incoming message to webhook URL. It should not work with pause live chat messages.
