#2487-Bug Report. Targeted Subscribers Count Mismatch

We have identified a new system level issue related to broadcast targeting.

Our total subscriber count is 34,100. However when initiating a broadcast the system shows Targeted subscribers as 27,158. This results in approximately 6,900 subscribers missing from the broadcast audience. This is not a user side configuration issue It appears to be a system wide logic or counting issue within the broadcast targeting mechanism.

Given the scale of the mismatch there is a strong possibility that other users with large subscriber bases are also affected without realizing it. Requesting the BS team to investigate on this at the earliest.
