TIntegrating your Shopify store with BotSailor can significantly enhance your e-commerce operations by automating customer interactions through WhatsApp. This integration enables you to abandoned cart recovery, order notification send to WhatsApp, Cash on Delivery verification all via WhatsApp, thereby improving customer engagement and boosting sales., you have to follow the below steps one by one inside your BotSailor account:

  1. Click on the Integration menu at the left sidebar of the dashboard.
  2. Select E-commerce option from the left side.
  3. Click on the New button. Select Shopify from the right side. Provide Profile Name, Store Sub Domain and Admin Access Token. 

    Profile Name : Your store name or anything for own understanding purpose
    Store Sub-Domain: The sub domain of your Shopify store. 
    Admin Access Token: The admin access token of your store. Details are bellow about how to get the Admin Access Token.

 

How to Create Shopify App and get Admin Access Token : 

  1. Go to Shopify Admin Panel.Then Settings-> Apps and Sales channel->  Develop apps -> Create an app button.
  2. In the App name field, provide an app name. Then click on the Create app button
  3. Click on the Configure Admin API Scopes button
  4. Then you have to give read and write permission for some options – Order editing and Orders-> Click on the Save button.
  5. Go to API credentials-> click on the Install App button -> Click on Install.  
  6. Click on the Reveal token once button and copy Admin Access Token.
