In this modern world,we spend countless hours glued to
our screens. After all, coordinating with team members, replying to customer
issues, and managing other business communications can consume a lot of time.
That’s when eye fatigue becomes a
serious issue. The rise in demand for
software interfaces with a darker color scheme is not surprising. It is far
more pleasant to look at, especially when there is less ambient light.
Good news
for BotSailors Omnichannel Inbox users!
Now you can easily enable dark mode and achieve greater comfort and style while
managing conversations. In this article, we will explain how to customize your
settings in order to activate dark mode and its benefits.
A dark mode
is known to change the color scheme of an app or a website to darker shades
instead of light. Users of such an app or a website prefer the less vivid and
more toned down aesthetic. In dark mode, text and icons show up in lighter
shades such as white while the background is dark grey or black. This can lessen eye strain,
particularly in darker settings. Moreover, some individuals find dark mode more
attractive and effortless to read. Similarly, in BotSailor, the dark mode
option can be turned on or off at your convenience for the Omnichannel Inbox.
Before we dive into the "how-to" part, let's
quickly touch upon why you might want to enable dark mode in your BotSailors
inbox:
●
Reduced Eye
Strain: Dark mode displays lighter text on a dark background, which can
significantly reduce the amount of blue light emitted by your screen. This can
lead to less eye fatigue, especially
during long work sessions or in dimly lit surroundings.
●
Improved Focus:
Some users find that a darker interface helps them focus better on the content
at hand, as there's less distracting bright light.
● A Modern and Sleek Look: Let's be honest, dark mode simply looks cool! It provides a modern and sophisticated aesthetic to your workspace.
Okay now let me show you how you can turn on or toggle
