Connect to BotSailor
Easily link your Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Telegram accounts to BotSailor with these simple steps:
Connect Facebook & Instagram Account:
- Go to the 'Connect Account' menu in the Facebook section.
- Click on the "Login with Facebook" button to easily import your Facebook pages & Instagram account.
- Once the import is complete, click on the 'Enable' button icon.

Connect WhatsApp Business Account:
- Create an App.
- Add WhatsApp to Your App.
- Get a Permanent Access Token.
- Configure Webhooks.
- Add a Phone Number.
- Change App Mode to Live.
- Connect to BotSailor.

Connect Telegram Bot:
- Open the Telegram app and search for the "BotFather" bot.
- Start a chat with the BotFather by sending the command "/start".
- Use the "/newbot" command. The BotFather will guide you through the process and ask you to choose a name and a username for your bot.
- After creating the bot,you will get a token.
- Connect to BotSailor with the token

Build a Chatbot
To create a chatbot go to the Dashboard and select any platform where you want to create the bot. And follow these steps:
Go to the Bot Manager section and click "Create" to build a new bot.
Use the visual flow builder to design your bot flow.
Set a trigger keyword to trigger the bot.
Add elements like text messages, buttons, and images.
Craft a welcoming message that greets users when they start the chat.
Set up buttons with different options to guide users through the conversation.
Save the bot and you are good to go.
Now whenever your audience types the trigger keyword in your chosen platform the bot will be triggered.

Create a WhatsApp Broadcast Campaign

If Anytime is chosen, pick a pre-approved message template. You can also schedule the broadcast.
Design your message flow (text, images, buttons, etc.) for the 24-hour timeframe.
Save your campaign and track its progress on the Broadcast page.

Subscriber Manager
Managing your chatbot subscriber just got easier! BotSailor's subscriber manager is your one-stop shop for keeping track of everyone who interacts with your chatbot. See a complete list of your subscribers, including their contact details and when they joined. Need to find someone specific? No problem! Filter and search your list to target the right people for special offers or help.
Go to the BotSailor dashboard.
Click on the Subscriber Manager option from any platform that you want to choose.

Automate your notification with Webhook Workflow
Webhook workflows let you send automated WhatsApp messages based on events in other systems (like order confirmations).
Create a message template with placeholders for data from the other system.
Go to Webhook Workflow in BotSailor and create a new workflow.
Choose the WhatsApp account and message template.
Generate a Webhook Callback URL.
Copy the URL and paste it into your website settings (e.g.. Shopify, WooCommerce).
Map the data received from your website to the placeholders in your message template.
This allows you to automatically send personalized messages to your subscribers based on their actions on another platform.
