#2442-Are We Ready for the Transition?
Sales
With January 1st approaching,
and BS’s decision to move fully to a Shared Inbox in the new year,
the real question is:
Are we actually ready for this transition?
That question naturally leads to others we can’t ignore:
- Can the Shared Inbox today be trusted as a primary operational workspace for businesses?
- What if a business has multiple WhatsApp numbers under the same account,
- all sharing the same Display Name?
- How do we clearly identify whether a message belongs to:
- Support?
- Customer service?
- Sales?
- Number A, B, or C?
- Is the system today technically stable?
- Free of critical bugs?
- Fast in navigation and context switching?
- Fully controllable and manageable?
- Do new conversations reliably rise to the top by date,
- without manual filtering ?
- What if an account manager wants to focus only on conversations from Number A,
- while temporarily ignoring or hiding Number B?
- Is that realistically possible today?
- Are we still expected to convince customers that the reason a sent or received message doesn’t appear instantly in the chat —
- without refreshing the page every time —
- is internet speed or try another browser?
- And finally…
- does the absence of a visible transition warning mean:
- the rollout has been delayed?
- or that the previous announcement is considered sufficient?
The question isn’t when we transition —
the real question is: are we transitioning with confidence?
Agree, still 60% of my customers are using old inbox only, even i too personally prefer old one only
