#2490-Subscriber Selection Reset and Duplicate labels

there are 2 issues we are facing need clarification on this 1st is subscriber selection un-selected and 2nd is campaign workflow label assign.

Concern 1:

In the subscriber section when I select multiple subscribers on the same page and then click the Subscriber Action button to view subscriber details after closing the popup window all the selected subscribers are automatically unchecked. (check the video: @drive.google.com.../view)

This behavior makes bulk actions error prone and time consuming selected subscribers should remain selected after closing the details popup even image its just 25 subscriber page if there is more than that its difficult to do the same task again and again.

Concern 2:

Multiple labels causing duplicate messages in campaigns. if subscriber already has one or more labels assigned the same subscriber may receive duplicate messages.

Questions.

• Is there any built in way to identify subscribers who already have labels that could cause duplication during campaigns?

• Does the system automatically de duplicate subscribers across multiple labels during a broadcast or campaign?

• If not what is the recommended approach to avoid duplicate messages?

These issues directly affect campaign accuracy user experience and operational efficiency. Requesting confirmation on expected behavior and guidance on the correct workflow

Dear PrimeX,

Thank you for sharing the detailed explanation of the issues you are facing. Please find our clarification and guidance below, addressing each concern and your follow-up questions.

Concern 1: Subscriber Selection Being Unchecked

This behavior is currently expected by design. When you select multiple subscribers and then open the Subscriber Action → View Details popup, the system treats this as a context switch. Once the popup is closed, the previously selected subscribers are automatically deselected.

For bulk actions, the recommended workflow is:

First, finalize the module or action you want to perform (broadcast, labeling, etc.).Then, select the subscribers and immediately perform the intended bulk action without navigating to other modules or opening subscriber detail popups.

We understand this can feel time-consuming for larger lists, and we have noted this feedback for internal review as a potential UX improvement.

Concern 2: Multiple Labels and Duplicate Messages

Please be assured that subscribers will not receive duplicate messages, even if they have multiple labels.

To directly answer your questions:

Is there a built-in way to identify subscribers who already have labels that could cause duplication? While you can view and filter subscribers by labels, there is no risk of duplication caused by multiple labels in campaigns.Does the system automatically de-duplicate subscribers across multiple labels during a broadcast or campaign?Yes. The system automatically de-duplicates subscribers. Each subscriber is treated as a unique entity and is included only once per campaign or broadcast, regardless of how many labels they have. What is the recommended approach to avoid duplicate messages? No additional action is required. The platform handles de-duplication internally, so you can safely target multiple labels in a single campaign without concern.

Summary

Subscriber deselection after closing the details popup is expected behavior.Campaigns and broadcasts are automatically de-duplicated at the subscriber level.Multiple labels will not result in duplicate messages.Campaign accuracy and delivery integrity are fully maintained by the system.

We appreciate your detailed feedback, as it helps us improve both usability and documentation. Please let us know if you need further clarification or would like to discuss workflow optimization.

Best regards,

Hello Kamrul Hasan,

Thanks for the clarification.

Regarding Concern 1 acknowledged. However treating View Details as a context switch is not intuitive for bulk operations. As you know for large subscriber lists re-selecting every time increases operational friction and risk of error. This should ideally be handled as a UX improvement especially for accounts with high volumes currently for us it took more than 2 hours to check and reconfirm everything.

Concern 2 noted regarding de duplication while this is reassuring there is currently no visible indicator or log that confirms de duplication at campaign level. From an operational perspective having no visibility makes it difficult to validate delivery behavior during audits or client escalations. Please check the possibility to improve the UI/UX you may notice lots of other services provider have some good examples for inspiration.

Dear PrimeX,

I have discussed this matter with our developer team.

We will implement the requested improvement in the Subscriber Manager, so that when you view a subscriber’s details, the previously selected subscribers will remain selected and will no longer be deselected automatically.

Thank you for your valuable feedback and for helping us improve the platform. We will keep you informed once the enhancement is deployed.

Best regards,

Kamrul Hasan

Hello Kamrul,

However based on real campaign results the de duplication logic does not appear to be consistently applied in practice.

We have identified multiple cases where the same subscriber received the same broadcast message twice within the same campaign. These subscribers have multiple labels assigned and the duplicates were received despite being part of a single broadcast.

I can share timestamps subscriber references and campaign details if needed and requesting this to be reviewed as a functional issue rather than a workflow question

Dear Prime X,

I tested the scenario by assigning two different labels to a single subscriber. During broadcasting, I selected both labels to include subscribers. Only one subscriber was added, and when the campaign was executed, the message was sent only once.

Based on this test, I could not reproduce the issue. I suggest that you also test this with a single subscriber and observe the behavior.

If the issue persists, please share the subscriber reference and campaign details with your login credentials through our support desk. We will review the case thoroughly.

Thank you.
