From Yesterday Evening onwards Chatbot Not Working where trigger keywords having morethen 3+ words , while asking support team they are saying it will not work , change the keyword

What you guys thinking of it, already 30+ customers are asking chatbot not working , fix it , fix it

lots of ad campaigns are running , Links , QR are shared already , now want to change everything how it will be possible

there is no prior notice like this , you guys just like that doing whatever you want , ofcourse its your system , you can do as you need , but informing whitelabel partners , customers before making like this decision right ?? if you can't inform us or provide a whitelabel friendly system , you only do what you think then why giving whitelabel programme ?

in your software , none of my customers are using live chat , broadcasting due to huge downtime and errors , only chatbot are working , now you guys messing with that as well

tell me honest , want to sell your platform or not

users are paying , setting up chatbot and they are hoping bots are replying , now if they open the chat nothing replied how they will trust platform and renew it

We urgently request to bring back the previous chatbot keyword functionality.

From yesterday, bots have stopped responding to trigger keywords with more than 3 words — this has already affected many customers and ongoing ad campaigns.

There was no prior notice for such a major change, and it’s not practical to update all keywords now. As whitelabel partners, we depend on a stable and predictable system.

Please revert this update again immediately — this is critical for customer trust and active campaigns.

And why you removed such useful feature this is important and every platform allows N numbers of keywords with And Or conditions.

+1 Totally agree. This is ridiculous. No warning, no update, and suddenly everything stops working. How are we supposed to manage clients like this? We have campaigns running, money spent, and now everything is down. This is not how a serious platform should treat its partners.

Dear team,

Please understand the importance of this issue. The clients has already lost many lead replies, API connections, and much more. This is not a simple issue — please give it high priority and work to resolve it as soon as possible. We are receiving many complaints, and it’s causing credibility issues.

It would have been better if you had just told us to leave. I’m completely unable to respond to any clients and totally upset. Thank you for everything.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

There have been recent updates to the keyword system — keywords containing more than five words are no longer supported.

Please shorten your keywords to five words or fewer, and they should work properly.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Best regards,

Kamrul Hasan

Dear BotSailer Team,

This is purely not acceptable. Many users are already running multiple bots, and we can’t just tell them that their bots have stopped working since yesterday due to an update. Our credibility is facing serious issues. At least give us some time to inform our customers. They are losing a significant amount of money. Also, five keywords are not enough for basic bot functions.please be responsible

That rule of five words isn’t from any platform it’s just your software’s own rule.

you’re hurting both sides the clients will lose us, and you’ll lose us as well

is there any specific reason to implement this 5 keyword rule like it's consuming server or credit resource?
