Responding instantly to Facebook post comments boosts visibility, improves customer engagement, and builds trust. With BotSailor’s Auto-Reply on Facebook Posts, you can automatically reply to users based on custom messages, keyword filters, or even AI-generated responses.
This guide walks you through enabling and configuring the auto-reply feature step-by-step using the intuitive BotSailor interface.
From the Facebook Post List, choose the desired page (e.g., La Zonè) from the left panel.
Under the “Latest Posts” section, locate the post where you want to activate auto-reply.
Click the gear icon (βοΈ) next to the post and choose “Enable auto reply” from the dropdown.
Once you’ve selected the post, you’ll be redirected to the Auto-Reply setup panel.
Toggle “YES” to use saved message templates. You can choose from existing labels or create new ones.
Select one of the 3 modes:
Provide a unique name for the campaign (e.g., “Facebook Comment Reply”).
Enter sample replies. Example:
"Thanks for your comment. Have a great day!"
Choose a message template to send as a private message after replying publicly.
Click Submit to activate the auto-reply campaign.
When a user comments on your post:
User: great
Auto Reply by Bot: "Thank you! I'm glad you think so. Wishing you a fantastic day!"
