Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Configure Auto-Welcome Message
- Go to Telegram Bot Managerfrom the sidebar.
- Select your bot account(e.g., Botsailorzzzz_bot).
- Click onAction Buttonsfrom the bot settings list.
- Click on theGet-startedaction under Action Button Settings.
- You will be directed to the Bot Flow Editor.
- In the message block,customize the welcome messageas per your needs.
- Save the settings.

From the new user’s side, type the trigger keyword (usually start/hi) or click on Start in the bot’s private chat.

Show any attached buttons such as “Go to Website”, flow triggers, or additional messages if the user triggers any bot.

- Go toTelegram Group Manager → Group Subscriber.

- A popup will appear to set themute duration(in hours).
- Enter the duration (e.g., 2) and clickMute.
🔁 Tounmute, click the same speaker icon again.
Step4: Ban a Subscriber
- In theGroup Subscribersection, find the subscriber you want to ban.
- Click theban icon (🚫)next to their name.
- Confirm the ban action in the popup.
🔁 If you want tore-add the banned member, you mustmanually add them againto the group from Telegram.
