#2187-Auto Labeling of Chats Based on Bot Responses

Our client wants the chat to be handled exclusively by the bot. During testing, the bot responded very well with prompts.
However, when the bot sends an order summary (like in the attached screenshot), the client would like the ability to auto-assign a label to that specific chat.
Examples of labels include:
- Complaint
- Solved Issue
- New Order
Feature Request:
The AI should automatically assign labels to chats based on the conversation context.
For example, when the bot replies with "Order Summary," it should auto-assign the label "New Order".
Benefit:
This feature would help clients organize and track chat types more effectively without disrupting the AI-only flow.
This works like how restaurant support staff filter chats by type (e.g., new order, complaint, resolved issue), but the process should be fully automated by the AI.

Yes currently we have very good feature of AI but limitation is AI unable to assign label and sequence automation.
if BS team consider this then will boommm.

Thank you for the excellent suggestion. We’re exploring auto-labeling of chats based on conversation context for a future update. Our product team has been assigned to evaluate this feature and its implementation timeline. We’ll keep you posted with progress.

What they should do is that the labels can be assided in a bot flow fired by the intention detection system or api. Because if it's not activated with keywords that doesn't work.
And from there everything can work with the AI system.

Dear User,
We have introduced a new feature in the AI Agent that allows labels to be automatically added to subscribers. To enable this functionality, you need to use the Intent Detection feature within the AI Agent.
With Intent Detection, you can automatically add or remove labels for subscribers based on the customer’s intent.
To set this up:
- Create an Intent Detection campaign.
- Add example phrases for the intended user intents.
- In the Label Management section, select the labels you want to add or remove for subscribers.
- Save the Intent Detection campaign.
- Assign the created Intent Detection campaign to the AI Agent.
