We would like to formally request the implementation of Meta Conversions API for Business Messaging within Botsailor.


Currently, campaign optimization is largely dependent on front-end tracking. With Conversions API, we can send server-side events such as Qualified Lead, Verified Lead, Purchase, or Custom Conversions directly back to Meta. This allows Meta’s algorithm to clearly understand which leads are high quality and which are not.


When Meta receives better post-conversion signals, campaign optimization improves. Cost per result decreases. Lead quality improves. Overall return on ad spend increases. This directly reduces advertising cost for marketers running Click to WhatsApp campaigns.


Another important factor is attribution reliability. With increasing browser and cookie restrictions, server-side event tracking ensures more accurate data and better performance reporting.


Many competing WhatsApp automation platforms already provide CAPI integration. Without this feature, we do not have a competitive advantage among serious performance marketers who rely on data-driven optimization.


Implementing Conversions API will strengthen Botsailor’s positioning as a performance-focused marketing platform, increase advertiser retention, and significantly enhance value for agencies and brands running Meta ads.
