Problem
The Subscribers page shows contacts as a card list with a detail panel. That works for viewing one contact at a time, but not as a CRM:
- No table view. You can’t see many subscribers side by side with their data in columns.
- Columns can’t be changed. You can’t add, hide or reorder fields. Custom fields only show up when you open one contact.
- No pipeline view. There’s no way to see which stage each lead is in, or to move leads between stages.
- No CRM summary. The stat cards cover messaging, not the pipeline or conversions.
Business impact: Many buyers are looking for a CRM, not just a WhatsApp tool. Right now this page looks like a contact list, so we lose deals to tools that show a real pipeline.
Add a view switcher to the Subscribers page: List (current) · Table · Kanban · Dashboard. The current filters, search and bulk actions apply in every view.
1. Table View
- Columns for standard fields and all custom fields
- Add, hide, reorder, resize and sort columns
- Edit cells inline (labels, agent, stage, custom fields)
- Saved views you can share with the team (e.g. “Hot Leads – This Week”)
2. Kanban View
- Columns are pipeline stages, and you can set them up
- Drag a card to another column to change the lead’s stage
- Cards show name, phone, agent, labels and last message
- Lead count on each column
3. Dashboard View
- Leads by stage, conversion rates and new leads over time
- Agent performance and lead sources
- Date range filter
4. Keep All Current Features
Export/Import, filters, bulk actions, custom fields, and the detail panel (open it by clicking a contact in any view).
- Users can switch views without reloading the page
- Table columns can be added, hidden, reordered and sorted, and the setup is saved per user
- Dragging a Kanban card updates the lead’s stage
- The Dashboard reflects the active filters and date range
- All existing features work the same in every view
Priority: High. This lets us sell the platform as a WhatsApp-native CRM using data it already holds.
