An active user is any active Member account under your white-label store. Billing uses the average daily active user count for the cycle (with the minimum billable users applied), charged across volume slabs like electricity units. Expired users, free/trial users, and team members do not count.
Free/trial users are limited to have a maximum of 100 subscribers.

We count subscribers on your bots and your users’ bots each day. Your bill uses the average of those daily counts for the billing cycle, applied across volume slabs (only the subscribers in each slab are charged at that slab’s rate).

This is the minimum user count you’ll be billed for. If your average active users is lower, this minimum applies.
Each cycle runs from your enrollment anniversary date, not by calendar month.

Only eligible active paid customer accounts are counted as Active Users. Expired accounts, Free/Trial accounts, and Member/team accounts are not counted.
Accounts assigned to your default Free/Trial package are treated as Free/Trial users and are not billed as Active Users.
Yes. Each Free/Trial account can have up to 100 subscribers.
We calculate the number of eligible Active Users each day and use the average daily count during your billing cycle.
Subscriber billing is also based on the average daily subscriber count during the billing cycle.
Yes. The first 500K average subscribers are included free. Only usage above 500K is billed.
Pricing is progressive. Each portion of your users or subscribers is charged according to the rate of that slab. Higher-volume rates apply only to the usage within that slab.
There is no fixed maximum number of users or subscribers you can have. Usage is still billed according to the applicable Flex pricing slabs.
Yes. The minimum billable Active User count is 20 users.
Your billing cycle runs monthly from your White Label Flex enrollment date, and charges are calculated from your average usage during that cycle.
No. AI Token usage is handled separately from Active User and Subscriber billing.
Regular Flex messaging does not require separate message credit packs. Any applicable third-party platform charges may still apply separately.
