Hello BotSailor Team, I would like to suggest another highly valuable feature, especially for White Label Resellers: A Reseller-Managed Flow Templates Library. The idea is to allow each reseller to create and manage a centralized library of ready-made automation flow templates that can be offered directly to their own white-label customers.
How it should work: A new "Flow Templates Library" section should be available in the Reseller Dashboard, giving resellers full control over the templates displayed to their customers.
Reseller Management Capabilities: 1. Create Templates: Build automation flows and save them as reusable templates. 2. Edit Templates: Update existing templates, including nodes, logic, content, and configurations. 3. Delete Templates: Remove templates that are no longer needed. 4. Visibility Control: Enable or disable individual templates to control which ones are visible to white-label customers. 5. Categories: Organize templates into categories such as E-commerce, Real Estate, Healthcare, Restaurants, Customer Support, Lead Generation, and Sales. 6. Template Details: Add a template name, description, thumbnail, category, and usage instructions. 7. Import & Export: Allow resellers to import and export flow templates for easier management and distribution.
Customer Experience: Inside the customer's Bot Flow Builder, there should be a "Templates Library" button or section. Customers should be able to: • Browse available templates provided by their reseller. • Preview a template before using it. • Select a template and click "Use Template." • Automatically create a copy of the selected flow in their own account. • Customize the copied flow without affecting the original template. Important: Each reseller should have an independent templates library, and only the templates enabled by that reseller should appear to their own white-label customers. Resellers should be able to manage their templates centrally without accessing individual customer accounts.
Why This Feature Matters: This would be extremely valuable for White Label Resellers because it would allow us to offer ready-made automation solutions tailored to specific industries and business needs. Instead of every customer building flows from scratch, resellers could provide professionally designed automation templates that customers can deploy and customize quickly. It would also help resellers differentiate their white-label platforms, improve customer onboarding, increase customer satisfaction, and provide additional value to their subscriptions. I strongly believe this feature should be considered a high-priority improvement for the White Label ecosystem. Please consider adding it to the BotSailor development roadmap.
