Step 2: Open the Integration Section
From the left sidebar, click Connect Account. Find the Shopify Connect option and click on the “Connect Shopify” button.
Inside the Shopify store connection, put your Shopify shop address/ URL and click on the “Connect Store” button. [Make sure you are logged in to your Shopify admin account on the same browser]
Once you click the Connect Store button, you will be redirected to your Shopify admin panel and prompted to install the BotSailor app. Click Install to authorize the connection.
After the installation is complete, you will be redirected back to your BotSailor account, where a success message will confirm that the integration has been completed. Your connected Shopify store will then appear in the store list below.
